The Club at Viniterra
As a craftsman, when I first drove into Viniterra, I felt this is where I was meant to be as a builder. With amenities like the New Kent Winery that features timber frame woodworking, heart pine trusses and reclaimed wood species, I was enticed to join the Viniterra Signature Builder Team. Being a gated community, along with its acre-plus lots, the winery, Rees Jones golf course, future equestrian center and spa, Viniterra will continue to grow and draw others into this lifestyle for years to come.

River's Bend at Uncle's Neck
I watched this property evolve from woods into what is becoming “the place to live” in James City County. My friend and founder of Uncles Neck, Donny Hazelwood, has developed 35 large acre lots on the Chickahominy River. I built my first house in Fords Colony in 1994. Since then there are approximately 40 plus homes that we have built there. With 3 golf courses, a country club and great location in Fords Colony continues to be a desirable community to live in. I considered it my “home” for years.
